There is a career opportunity available at RONA Moose Jaw SK. Reporting to the Management team, the Front End Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting Front End staff in providing exceptional customer service and completing all point of sale procedures. Through effective scheduling, coaching and leading by example, the Front End Supervisor ensures all customers needs are met prior to leaving our store. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide all RONA customers with exceptional service by co-ordinating the day to day operations of Front End departments (Cashiers, Head Cashiers, Customer Service Team Members and CAPS)
Manage performance, motivate, train and coach team members to a higher level of success and accountability
Coach and recognize WARMTH behaviours
Oversee all point of sale procedures and cash in/outs to ensure accuracy and department standards are met at all times
Effectively anticipate and schedule department needs within labour budgets
Double count and check totals for vault and paperwork balance with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
High sense of urgency and drive with an ability to set priorities and remain calm in stressful situations
