Description

Office Administrator
Right Choice Energy Services Inc (RCESI) requires an individual to fill the role of Office Administrator at Moose Jaw, SK.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for general office administration functions, and front office customer interactions.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
    Meeting and greeting customers
    Assisting with processes and customer questions in person and telephone.
    Inputting and editing of daily timesheets.
    Input of data related to safety (ie. truck logs, site inspections, tailgates, hazard IDs, etc)
    Assisting with accounts payable
    Maintains database for employee safety records
    Booking safety courses for employees as required
    Supports safety manager as needed
    Generates various reports as needed
    Provides administrative support to field and office staff
    Adhere to policies and procedures.
    Other duties as required

Minimum Job Requirements:
Book Keeping, Accounting education or equivalent experience will be considered preferential.
Be expected to maintain a professional attitude at all times.
Be experienced in the use of computers, and able to demonstrate fluency in use of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Have excellent skills in oral and written communication.
Have excellent organizational skills.
Be able to demonstrate effective telephone conversation skills.
