Facility: DR FH WIGMORE REGIONAL HOSPITAL
Job Description: The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides services in the community, rural, Long Term Care, acute care medical and surgical and transition units. Outpatient splinting, Pediatrics and Lymphadema are also part of the programming.  Specifics to the position would be discussed during an interview and based on expertise of Occupational Therapist and population demand.

This position is a multi-site position.
Required Qualifications

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
Registered or eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapy
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.
