Monette Farms Ltd is a large corporate farm based in Swift Current Saskatchewan.  We currently have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Management Team.  We are looking for a talented dynamic individual to join our farm as a Farm Manager.    

The individual that is best suited for this role shares our passion for agriculture and is someone who is looking to develop their career in the Agriculture sector.  Our team works to produce agricultural products efficiently, sustainably and profitably in an enjoyable work environment.  As a Farm Manager you will be integral to this mission.

As the Farm Manager you will have the opportunity to work as part of our Management team in a fast paced, multi-faceted farming environment.  Your responsibilities will include:  providing support and direction to our team to ensure they have what they need to meet the tasks at hand, working closely with our Chief Operations Manager and Chief Executive Officer to ensure the farm operating needs are met and being accountable for budgetary and inventory management.  The ability to multi-task, lead others effectively and maintain accurate records is required.  Previous experience in an agriculture setting will be considered an asset.
