Located on-reserve, the Facilitator will be responsible for the Essential Skills in the Workplace program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:
Group dynamics and processes
Adult learning styles
Program content related to literacy instruction
evaluation techniques
    
Abilities:
Use a variety of group facilitation techniques
Use experimental learning strategies and processing skills
Use needs assessment instruments and techniques
Use preliminary evaluation techniques

Education And Experience:    
Bachelor of Education degree or related Human Services degree
Knowledge and experience in adult education and adult learning needs
Knowledge and experience in cross-cultural setting.
2-years recent, relevant experience.
    
TERM: 80-84 days
START: Jan 13, 2020
END: May 22, 2020
SALARY: As per the negotiated SGEU Instructor grid, commensurate with education and experience.
