We have an exciting opportunity for an expert who is familiar with Microsoft Office 365 infrastructure & services. If you have advanced experience & knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including licensing & cloud technology, & you have experience with enterprise productivity tools, this may be the position for you.
Reporting to the Manager, Architecture and Operations, you will be accountable for the design & enhancement of enterprise messaging, collaboration & content services. You will research, analyze, recommend, & co-ordinate the implementation of new technology enhancements. You will also be accountable for network design & operation, the Microsoft Office 365 platform, information storage, web infrastructure & the telephony environment. You will be the primary liaison for day-to-day operational interactions with technology vendors, including ensuring the service desk has adequate information to provide end client support. Monitoring & managing software licensing & compliance, & documenting standards & design practices will also be your responsibility.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science and 3 years experience, or a diploma in Computer Information Systems and 5 years experience. In the absence of a diploma or degree, candidates with 7 years of suitable technical experience will be considered. An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, licensing, cloud technology, IP telephony environments & messaging technologies is required. Proficiency in PowerShell, Windows Server, Azure Active Directory & Lotus Notes would be beneficial. Project management experience would be an asset. You will have advanced documentation, research, analytical, vendor management & technical administration skills. You are flexible & work well with a team of technology specialists.
