Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Reports to the Board of Directors. Has overall responsibility for all aspects of the organizations operations including internal (participants and staff) and external partnerships (group homes, families, community, Ministry, etc.). Is responsible for the successful leadership, management, and implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the Weyburn Wor-Kin Shop Corporation (herein referred to as the organization) according to Board direction. Holds responsibility for ensuring administration of the programs, policies, and applicable legislation.
