Description

Tribune Capital is looking for a Junior Developer based in Weyburn to assist on various projects. The goal of the firm is to develop and create commercially viable and profitable technology companies.

Position Description

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Junior Developer will be responsible for supporting, building and maintaining the technology as required for different projects undertaken by the organization. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to earn full-time employment.

Responsibilities
-Assist with designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving software
-Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
-Work closely with the UX/UI design, backend development and marketing team to effectively convey product vision and release new features for different projects
-Help to identify and resolve problems/ inconsistencies including design/ui/ux
-Take a user-centered design approach and promptly test and iterate your designs
-Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Candidate Qualifications
-Candidate should be a recent graduate or in final year of study
-Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
-Solid knowledge and understanding of programming
-Ability to work across a broad range of products and environments
-Proficient oral and written communication skills
-Detail oriented and a self-starter Self-starter who is able to work autonomously with little direction and solve problems
-Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines and work in fast pace environment
-High degree of professionalism and integrity
