Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Manager.
Answer and respond immediately to emergency response system.
Track and record for billing, collect payments and issue receipts.
Assemble residence brochure packets for tours.
Distribute mail to residents mail boxes.
Create and maintain resident files.
Coordinate appointments for residents requesting transit.
Prepare monthly newsletter and calendar, setting up activities and planning entertainment.
Planning and decorating for special occasions.
Assist in the dinning room, seating residents,completing resident check-list, serving tea/coffee, clearing tables.
Provide other duties directed by the General Manager.
