Position and Responsibilities
Reporting to the director, marketing administration, you will join a team providing service to Camecos portfolio of worldwide customers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, supporting Camecos Sales team, coordinating and managing a portfolio of existing marketing contracts, maintaining computerized contract management system in SAP, monitoring and coordinating the delivery of products and related services to customers and managing contract documents, including input to new contract reviews, and issuing invoices.
You will interface with numerous internal and external stakeholders including Camecos affiliated companies, third-party customers, the marketing sales team, as well as finance and treasury departments. You will be exposed to sales, market and delivery planning and inventory management. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and participate in many different aspects of Camecos business.
Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
Up to three years of relevant experience
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Exceptional organizational and analytical, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in use of spreadsheet applications and database systems
Assets:
Experience with SAP
