Review work, maintain the loan process, perform daily reconciliations, and coach, support and help train Loan Accounting Technicians.

This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canadas official languages.

What youll do:
- Review and assess complex loan adjustments and amended customer statements for accuracy
- Review and provide direction on complex syndicate loan agreements
- Coach and give support and training to Loan Accounting Technicians
- Investigate discrepancies, monitor the disbursement process and troubleshoot if necessary
- Respond to questions, and interpret, analyze and clarify information on customer accounts
