Description

SaskEnergy is seeking a human resources professional for our Employee Relations team.  The Employee Relations Analyst provides labour relations consultative services to management and supervisory personnel, including advising on the management of employee performance, participating on the management bargaining team during the collective bargaining process and providing negotiation and resolution of disputes, grievances, joint policies and letters of understanding between the Company and the Union.

Qualified applicants will possess:
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Social Sciences.
- A human resources certification would be considered and asset.
- Four (4) years in labour relations with direct negotiation experience. Candidates with less than four (4) years of experience, but with an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
- The ideal candidate will have strong written and communication skills; ability to use sound judgment in decision making; and understand the importance of dealing with private and confidential information.

Additional Information
- Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required on occasion.
