Good Spirit Housing Authority is currently searching for a TENANT RELATIONS & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER. If you are ambitious, provide superior customer service, are skilled in administration and have a passion for helping others this could be the job for you!
You will:
-network with stakeholders and community agencies to connect client with housing
-respond to inquiries, explain programs and support housing application processes
-Coordinate move ins/outs, collect and process rent, manage arrears and investigate lease violations
-Provide administrative support to the office including preparing bank deposits, payroll and records management
We're looking for:
-superior customer service, communication and problem solving skills
-an ability to manage conflict and stressful situations
-proven organization and multi-tasking skills
-respect for the diversity of others and an ability to maintain confidentiality
You'll need:
- Diploma in Administration or an Applied Certificate in Property Management with a minimum of 2 years' related experience
-Valid class 5 driver's licence and reliable vehicle
-Post secondary education in Social Work and/or related experience is an asset
The position is based in Melville & some travel is required.
