Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Director(s) of Primary Health Care SW and provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship.  This position supports and contributes to processes and practices to ensure the efficient operation of the portfolio(s) through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions.  The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with all members of the administrative team to assist in accomplishing the Saskatchewan Health Authority's objectives.
The incumbent coordinates workflow with other administration support and in their absence may provide support services as requested.
Required Qualifications

Completion of Grade XII supplemented by a recognized business course or equivalent combination of experience and education
Experience
3 or more years experience working in a senior administrative position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to adapt, prioritize, interpret and respond quickly to changing situations
Exceptional planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience in minute taking and synthesizing information
Ability to adapt to frequent change and work under pressure
Ability to work collegially, collaboratively and build positive relationships through respectful and influential interactions
Demonstrates a commitment to a diverse, culturally competent and culturally safe work environment and representative workforce
Expert written and verbal communication skills including excellent proficiency in editing material for clarity, accuracy and conciseness
