We are looking for an experienced Apprentice Agriculture Equipment Mechanic (1st or 2nd year Apprentice Service Technician) in Maple Creek, SK.

As an Apprentice Service Technician, you will
*Participate in on-the-job training including performing diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer owned agricultural and turf equipment
*Attend scheduled apprenticeship training and work to obtain Journeyperson certification in the John Deere Tech program focused on the fundamentals and key technical concepts to become an effective Service Technician

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be mechanically minded, team oriented, and hardworking.  A demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed as well as knowledge/ familiarity with the agriculture industry is an asset. Apprenticeship candidates with an advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems with 2+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance is preferred. Experience with John Deere equipment a definite asset.
