Trades Labour Corporation in Saskatoon is currently accepting resumes for the position of Production Supervisor.  In this role you will be responsible for:
-Ensuring Health & Safety practices & processes are upheld for the facility and its team members
-Plan, organize & monitor production and inventory
-Ensure quality control is carried out throughout the manufacturing process.
-Troubleshoot & resolve production related challenges.
Prepare & analyze production reports and performance indicators to ensure goals are met
-Maintain lines of communication with management and other team members.
The sucessful candidate must have:
-Relevant experience with managing a production team.
-Ability to quickly problem solve by being proactive.
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to work varying shifts
-Diploma or Bachelor degree in the area of related production management such as engineering, industrial maintenance would be an asset.
