Kelly Services is currently looking for Receptionists, from entry-level to mid-level, to assist our customer base with their current, and upcoming requirements.
What you will be doing:
* Answering a multi-line phone system, and directing the calls to the appropriate person or taking messages when necessary
* Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
* Clerical duties, as required - typing, filing, data entry
What you will need:
* At least 1-year direct Reception experience
* Strong verbal and written communication
* MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Positive, pleasant, professional telephone etiquette
