Moose Jaw Co-op Association Ltd. is hiring an Ag Equipment Sales Representative at our Moose Jaw location in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
What youll do:
Consult with producers on ag equipment; develop customer relationships; keep up to date with current market trends, product knowledge and practices; contribute to the overall success of the ag team business plan; and provide exceptional customer service.
    Come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude.
    Meet sales, margin and inventory targets, and assist in the development of a yearly forecast and marketing plan.
    Follow through the Ag Equipment Sales Work Plan.
    Develop relationships with existing and new accounts within the established              trading area.
    Assist with the operations of the Agro Centre.
    Be familiar and adhere to the Moose Jaw Co-op policies and procedures.
    Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Agriculture and:
    A degree or certificate applicable to the position is an asset, however, not a requirement.
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in agriculture retail sales.
    Excellent knowledge of agricultural business and equipment
    Strong sales and customer service skills, previous equipment sales experience is an asset
    Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
