Duties: Process financial transactions, communicating with clients via telephone & email, booking rooms for seminars, adding data to spreadsheets, digital filing, updating webpage
Key abilities: strong organizational skills, confidence with computer skills, highly detail oriented, excellent oral and written communication skills
Hours: M-F 9:00-3:00 (total of 27.5 hours a week)
