Candidate will lease and manage residential rental units of 12 unit building.
Keeping up maintenance and light cleaning of properties.
Maintaining tenant relations.
Construction background is an asset.
Must have a cell phone, computer, a vehicle in good working condition, and an understanding of Facebook and Kijiji for ad posting and responding.
Candidate must be local.
Position requires a few hours per month to show suites, complete move in/move outs, do light cleaning and respond to occasional messages from potential and current tenants.
Candidate will organize lawn mowing and snow removal on property.
