D.M. Wenaus & Company CPA Prof. Corp. is a public accounting firm located in Moose Jaw, SK. We are currently seeking a full-time bookkeeper to join our team.  
Duties include (but are not limited to):
-posting bookkeeping transactions in Sage 50 (previously Simply Accounting) for various clients;
-reconciling bank accounts;
-maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers;
-preparing payroll, including remittances, Records of Employment, and T4 slips and summaries;
-filing GST and PST remittances;
-preparing  T5, T4A, T5018 slips and summaries;
-preparing WCB remittances;
-maintaining client files.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, detail oriented, organized, and able to meet various deadlines.  Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Sage 50 is an asset.
