Flaman Fitness, one of Canada's largest specialty Fitness retailers, is seeking an individual to join our hardworking team in Yorkton as the Store Manager. Flaman believes in people working together, doing what's right to make a difference. We have a strong customer service focus and we believe in building strong relationships with our customers.
This position is responsible for the leadership for the overall administrative operations, which includes staff and service administration as well as function as a Sales Representative for the store. This position is full time and permanent. We are seeking an individual that can effectively and efficiently manage the operational team to drive the growth of productivity and efficiencies and promote high quality customer satisfaction and ensuring the integration of strategic plans with company operations.
Job Qualifications Include:
Outstanding customer service skills and customer focus
Strong initiative and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Sales experience is an asset
Adaptability and willingness to learn new things
Analytical and problem solving skills
3-5 years' experience managing multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams with considerable decision-making autonomy
