Description

eHealth Saskatchewan is currently seeking Co-Op students to join our HR Team. Your Internship will provide experience primarily in Recruitment, Labour Relations and Administration. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and eager to learn about Human Resources. Program length will be 4 months minimum with possibility for extension.
As part of your co-op term, your job responsibilities will include:
Support the day to day operations of the HR functions to which you are assigned (sample areas include Recruitment, Labour Relations, Employee Relations and Administration)
Act as a partner to and liase with business partners
Participate in HR projects
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline current processesWe have a great work environment and this role is one where you would learn about our business and the business of IT healthcare.
Must-have
Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus in human resources, business, psychology or a related discipline;
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary school and eligible to complete a work term for 4, 8, 12 or 16 months;
Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment;
Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written);
Able to work effectively and reliably under pressure;
Able to demonstrate strong technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.) and learn new systems and methodologies;
Organized, detail-focused and analytical with the ability to work in an fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and rapidly evolving client needs and conditions; and
Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions.
