NATURE AND SCOPE
This position is responsible for helping with the day-to-day operations at Road Coffee Co.s roasting facility. This position is accountable to the Director  to help ensure the highest quality standards are achieved, leading to increasing overall customer satisfaction. The individual is expected to maintain and expand their coffee product knowledge, maintain a good relationship with our staff, clients and stakeholders and provide valuable company information and brand representation as a member of the team.

Primary objectives
    Carrying out and attaining the mission and the goals of the business
    Development of systems and processes regarding overall operations; including production and roasting
    Continued development of a roasting program that maintains quality and is scalable
    Development of a culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
    Personal ongoing self-development and personal growth as an employee.
