Wintergreene Estates is currently seeking a committed, dedicated and energetic individual to fill the position of:
Health and Wellness Manager
(75 hours bi-weekly)
Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for assigned responsibilities in the Health and Wellness Manager Role. These responsibilities include, but not limited to; Implementing and updating Care Plans, Ensuring medication protocol is being followed, Working with The Ministry of Health to ensure legislation is being met, Completing intake assessments, Following proper discharge policies, Completing schedules, Working with a budget, Working with the Ministry of Health to meet all legislation.
A minimum of two years experience in an LPN role and experience in a retirement setting is preferred and considered a strong asset. Must be able to communicate both written and orally in the English language.
As a member of our management team, you will have managerial experience, have excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills as well as knowledge in operating a Memory Care Floor. Additionally, you are computer literate and have proven supervisory skills/abilities.
