Express Employment Professionals is a staffing & recruiting agency. We are in search of an experienced Production Operator for our client who is heavily involved in the Oil & Gas sector.  This opportunity is perfect for anyone living in the Estevan area or willing to relocate to the area.

Were looking at candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of oil experience including oil wells, compressors & batteries.  Anyone with previous lead hand experience and ability to oversee crews is highly encouraged to apply.

In this role, you are responsible for the support to operations and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies/procedures.  This will include operating, monitoring and testing oil/gas wells while adhering to regulatory guidelines and requirements.

This position will require someone that is willing and capable of working as both an operator & a maintenance person.  You excel at troubleshooting, maintaining & repairing minor mechanical equipment and identifying opportunities to optimize and improve processes.  Having a keen eye to stay on top of preventative maintenance programs ensuring any potential issues and problems are detected in advance.
