Reporting to Director
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedure.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health and safety guidelines.
May participate in the selection of food service staff
Assist in the development of policies, procedures and budget.
Train store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales
Investigate customer complaints and service suggestions
Determine staffing needs and assist in the hiring of new employees.
Ensure food quality and service meet quality control standards.
Participate and assist in development of policies and procedure.
