Seeking a Youth Care Worker for a group home to provide care, nurturing, therapeutic interventions & programming, and help with hygiene to youth with intellectual disabilities.

Eagle's Nest Youth Ranch provides 24 hour quality care, counseling and therapeutic social and educational programs to vulnerable youth. We work collaboratively with youth, families, and community groups to facilitate individual growth and social change that will improve the lives of youth and families in our communities. Youth are provided with a home environment where caring adults provide routines and limits, nurturing and understanding, and teach values and skills required for successful living.

Position requires shift work, including day, evening, holiday and weekend work.

Requirements may include post secondary education in Continuing Care Assistant, Personal Support Worker, Disability Support Worker, Youth Care Worker or other related disciplines or 1-2 years previous work experience in human services.

Applicants must also possess a valid Class 5 license and have their own transportation.  

Applications must include:
- Application, including three work references from individuals who where your direct manager/supervisor.

- clear criminal record check
- valid Class 5 driver's license
- valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C Certification
