Kelly (Regina) is currently looking for an experienced MINUTE TAKER to assist their client through their contract negotiations. The successful candidate must attend all scheduled meetings and will be responsible for:
-Typing up notes that accurately reflect the decisions and discussion that took place during the meeting.
-Typing up these notes in an agreed format so that information can be easily discerned and communications are clear.
MUST be available on all the following days:
-December 16th 1:00 am 4:00 pm
-December 18th 10:00 am 4:00 pm
-January 17th 9:30 am 4:00 pm
-January 29th 10:00 am 4:00 pm
What you will need:
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience working with Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Excellent computer skills
