Parts Manager

The Parts Manager role in Unity is an exciting opportunity to join a growing experienced team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Agriculture Equipment Industry, the drive to provide excellent customer service, and provide leadership & coaching experience within the team

You will be responsible for:

Optimizing the parts department to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Develop relationships with customers and vendors to ensure we have the correct products and are able to bring new items to market
Coaching and developing the skill & knowledge of all parts department personnel
Fostering a great atmosphere of pride of ones work, and excellent customer service
Fully utilize the automated inventory control system and ensure company procedures are embraced and implemented
Maintain a safe work environment for both staff and customers

What you will need to Join Our Team:

Passion for both the Agriculture Industry and People is required
Experience in a parts department, inventory control, and financial metrics
Journeyman status as Parts Technician is preferred but experience will also be considered
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A flair for marketing
High attention to detail and organization skills
