SaskEnergy is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our HR team. The Director, Centres of Expertise (CoE) will manage activities to support our broader HR and SaskEnergy goals. Serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders and managers, the Director will provide guidance and support on a wide range of people related concerns, helping to align HR strategies to business objectives. As a strategic partner to the HR Business Partners and HR Shared Services, the CoE provides not only operational support, but also thought leadership on strategic HR programs and initiatives to improve business performance.

Qualified applicants will possess:
- University degree with 10+ years of HR experience, five or more years of experience leading a team or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Masters in a related area is considered an asset.
- Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or equivalent is an asset.
- Experience with HR projects/initiatives with demonstrated project management skills.
