SaskEnergy is seeking a qualified professional to join our Distribution Information Systems team. The Manager, Business Transformation manages and provides leadership for the development and deployment of the two key practices which make up Business Transformation: Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Continuous Improvement (CI). This position ensures quality results that align with best practice and focus on business benefit as well as responsible for enabling innovative and sustainable OCM and CI including leadership and guidance for business users.
Qualified applicants will possess:
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Communications or related field.
- Certified Prosci Change Management designation would be an asset.
- Certified Continuous Improvement designation (such as Lean Six Sigma) would be an asset.
- Four (4) years in participating in or leading organizational change management and/or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Two (2) years supervisory experience.
- An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
Additional Information
- Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required on occasion.
