David Aplin Group, as partnered with our client to recruit an Investment Associate based in downtown Saskatoon. Our client, a leader in the financial sector in Saskatoon, is currently seeking an Investment Associate to join their fast-paced Wealth Management Team for a permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate will act as a resource person for clients and assist the investment advisors with administrative tasks and transaction processing related to the managing of client accounts.

The Role:
Assist Investment Advisors with processing and confirming client transactions as well as developing financial plans; rigorous follow up to ensure proper processing and minimize mistakes
Deal directly with all the clients, provides quotes and execute trading orders
Maintain account lists and compile statistical information and reports
Assist in preparing advisors for meetings (account opening documentation, necessary research etc.)
Process and follow-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts and other transactions

The Ideal Candidate:
Diploma in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study
Minimum of 3 years' industry experience, preferably in an administrative or operational capacity
Registered as an IR with IIROC
Professional designation such as PFP or CPF considered an asset
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Detailed-oriented and organized
