Tribune Capital is looking for Marketing / Business Associate based in Weyburn to assist on various projects. The goal of the firm is to develop and create commercially viable and profitable technology companies.

Position Description

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Associate will be responsible for performing market research in order to help in creating the marketing plan and sales strategies for different projects. Furthermore, the Associate will help with business/administrative tasks related to the projects undertaken by the organization. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to earn full-time employment.

Responsibilities
-Perform market and industry research to determine product market fit
-Support development team by consistently providing market/customer feedback
-Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
-Work closely with the UX/UI design, backend development to effectively convey product vision and release new features for different projects
-Help to identify and resolve problems/ inconsistencies including design/UI/UX
-Administrative tasks as needed for the projects
-Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Candidate Qualifications
-Candidate should be a recent graduate or in final year of study
-Bachelor's degree in Business with a Marketing or General concentration
-Ability to work across a broad range of projects with different stakeholders
-Proficient oral and written communication skills
-Detail oriented and a self-starter Self-starter who is able to work autonomously with little direction and solve problems
-Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines and work in fast pace environment
-High degree of professionalism and integrity
