The very busy cafe is looking to hire the full-time permanent Store Manager with the following qualifications:
    Minimum 5 years experience of actively managing business. Managing caf or restaurant is an asset.
    Must have the bachelor degree of business administration or food related major.  Hospitality management is an asset.
    Must prove the ability of managing business successfully.
    Able to adapt to new business environment very quickly and manage it effectively
    Fluent in English and able to speak some Vietnamese (be able to speak in Vietnamese with other chefs and the owner).
Responsibilities:
    Manage day-to-day caf operations, including identifying issues and have corrective actions to improve operations and profitability.
    Develop strategies to grow sales and profitability
    Competitors research and develop strategies to complete and to grow business
    Able to reach out to local and surrounding businesses and professional offices to grow the catering and event sales.
    Build good relationship with clients and make the customer service standout among other competitors.
    Interview, train and mentor staffs to reinforce consistency, quality and good customer experience.
    Work with chefs and bakers to design and recommend menu for large catering events
    Effective communication with owner to ensure sound and solid operation.

It is a fulltime permanent position.  Starting wage will depend on the experience, but minimum $23.00/hour and will review after 3 months.
