Description

Under the direct and indirect supervision of the Administrator,the successful candidate will provide support in all aspects of municipal administration including,but not limited to:
  *Perform general reception duties
  *Receive, sort & distribute incoming
   mail and prepare outgoing mail
  *Process routine accounting functions
   including receipting and bank deposits
  *Filing and records management
  *Operate & maintain office equipment
  *Enter & retrieve data from various software
   programs
  *Assist clients with forms & applications
  *Website & communications management
  *Demonstrate the ability to balance multiple
   priorities
The successful applicant must be bondable.
A post-secondary education with a business certificate, office management certificate or public relations certificate is preferred.  Equivalent experience may be considered.
