The Ministry of Corrections and Policing pursues a fair justice system that upholds the law and protects the rights of all individuals in Saskatchewan. As corrections professionals, we provide the safe and secure custody of adult and young offenders and deliver programs that promote public safety and reduce reoffending. Custody Service employees carry out their duties in a professional manner and with integrity in accordance with their experience, training and education and according to the Saskatchewan Corrections Code of Professional Conduct.

The Ministry is accepting applications for Permanent Part-time Facility Youth Workers across the province (Saskatchewan Correctional Facilities). Facility Youth Workers are positive, motivated and energetic role models that are non-judgmental and have excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Facility Youth Workers are responsible and accountable; exhibit leadership; embrace diversity and equality; and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
