As a member of the executive team, the VP of Retail Service provides leadership and coordination of the Credit Unions retail strategy in the areas of deposit, credit, and wealth, including Credential Financial Strategies.  Through the coaching and mentoring of all retail leaders, this role is responsible to develop strategic sales plans based on the Credit Unions goals and ensure that all procedures comply with legal requirements and sound business practices.  The VP of Retail Services also leads the Credit Unions internal sales and service strategy, and provides leadership and guidance to the executive team and the board of directors.
