Mine Site Services (MSS) Supervisor  - (Patience Lake, Saskatchewan, Canada)

This position reports directly to the Maintenance General Foreman.
What you will do:
    Execute and supervise the work tasks for the MSS crew (Welders, Pipefitters, Heavy Duty Operators)
    Manage and maintain site CWB program
    Maintain a safe working environment by upholding standards, being active and knowledgeable in safety programs and responding to crew safety concerns
    Schedule daily work assignments for the crew
    Assist in the planning process for the crew
    Conduct and document regular safety meetings
    Understand and abide by the collective agreement and relevant regulations
    Execute cost saving opportunities when available
    Technical support for Engineering initiatives
What you will bring:
    Must hold a Journeyperson Certificate in a relevant trade (welding or pipefitting) or Engineering Degree
    CWB Welding Supervisor Certificate or 5 years of welding experience to obtain CWB Welding Supervisor Certificate
    Grade 12 Diploma or GED Equivalency
    Effective communication skills
    Good computer skills, including the use of EAM software and Microsoft Office
    Organizational skills to be able to develop a daily schedule with minimal break in work
    Regular assessment of trade skills and development of training plans
