As Executive Coordinator, your experience and energy will be instrumental in supporting the CEO and executive team, starting as soon as possible until June 30, 2021.

As Executive Coordinator, you will:

- Provide a high level of administrative support to the CEO and executive team.   This will include prioritizing incoming communications, drafting correspondence and monitoring/responding to emails when required.

- Oversee projects and requests, ensuring delegated projects and tasks are completed on schedule.  

- Organize and manage all meeting arrangements.  Attend, take and distribute meeting minutes as required.  

- Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled in a strictly professional manner.  

Appointment to this position is subject to the submission of a satisfactory criminal record check.

- Strong verbal/written communication skills;
- The skills and tact needed to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines; and
- Ability to work extended hours and/or week-ends as the date of the general election approaches.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills.  
- Able to prioritize competing assignments and adhere to critical deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability at times to be creative and think outside of the box to identify new solutions.
