Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Welcome and greet patients for Consults, Follow-up appointments
Schedule and confirm bookings
Ensure reception area , examination room & facility are clean and tidy at all times
Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
Maintain proper patient flow in the reception & examination room.
Ensure proper and accurate documentation of patient information
Transcribe Physician's dictations
Take patient's height & weight
Managing physician's schedule on EMR
Answering and returning phone calls
Attending to all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements preferred but not limited to:
Candidate must be a team player and show commitment at all times.
Provide Excellent and Exceptional Customer Service Experience Experience with Electronic Medical Records.(EMR)
Ability to adapt easily & use initiative
Reliability, team spirit and commitment essential.
Willingness to participate in Process Improvement initiative.
Fast learner & ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic while paying attention to details.
Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
Superior time management skills
Excellent telephone ethics
Maintain confidentiality and conduct business in a professional manner
Knowledge of Medical Terminology while not required may be an advantage
