Swanson Gryba & Company has an immediate full time availability for a highly motivated team member to fill the Accounting Technician/Administrative Assistant position.
We are a full service public practice firm serving a wide range of clients. We offer a competitive salary and 100% employer paid health and dental benefits.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of financial statements,
- Preparation of corporate and personal income tax returns
- Typing and proofreading correspondence
- Processing and forwarding enquiries
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
Skills and Abilities
The successful candidate will be an organized person, with strong communication skills and an eye for detail. A good working knowledge of various accounting, tax and Microsoft Office programs (ie. Word, Excel, Outlook) would be considered an asset.
Qualifications
Post-secondary accounting diploma and/or equivalent experience
