Seeking for a caring, compassionate,energetic and Knowledgeable individual to provide overall leadership for the operation of our 80 bed long term facility located in beautiful Emerald Park

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to negotiate and mediate disputes effectively
Organized individual who is able to act independently without being prompted
Ability to prioritize to meet and exceed company's expectations and deadlines
Knowledgeable and strong clinical skills
Ability to develop solid relationship to establish trust with residents and families
Assessment of care needs and development foe individual comprehensive care plans
Ability to inspire and provide mentor-ship for care givers to deliver consistent care as per care plans
