Description

FULLVIEW INTERNATIONAL GROUP Inc. was established in 2009. We have developed the largest residential real estate development project, the whole project has four phases totally 120 single villas will provide to the real estate market in Dundurn after the completion of construction. Currently, phase one project has completed, now phase-II and phase-III are under construction.

Job Duties

1. Assess our acreage sites, prepare drawings, sketches and reports, performing duties to assist the client in designing landscaped environments;

2. Using creativity and the beauty of nature to create a harmonious, aesthetically pleasing and functional area. Areas include personal lawns, common parks, walkways for GreenGate estates.

3. Performing site analyses that include the assessment of current plants, soil conditions, lighting, the view, and architecture style of the house.

4. Prepare and present accurately detailed plans and drawings, including applications, construction details and specifications by using computer-aided design (CAD) packages or similar design software;

5. Communicate well both with clients and other types of workers (contractors, supervisors, etc) on the landscaping team.

6. Make video presentations, when necessary, discuss the detailed design, and complete with charts, sketches, and so forth;

7. Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures;

8. Review plans, proposed changes, and any other necessary documents;

9. Keep records, including everything from correspondence to reports;

10. Carry out environmental impact assessments;

12. Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage;

13. A bachelor's or master's degree in landscape design or landscape architecture is required, though you do not necessarily have to be licensed to work as a landscape designer.
