Description

Brandt is currently seeking a Dealer Communication Coordinator in the Regina head office.  This new position will report to the Director of Dealer Development and will be responsible for coordinating all dealer channel communication from a central location including bulletins and programs for sales, service, parts, warranty and marketing and will manage the recipients of this information.  

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduled communication from various Brandt departments for dealers and their staff.
Produce, edit, publish, and maintain those communications.
Prepare uploads of all communications for portal access.
Maintain consistent quality of communications and follow branding guidelines.
Manage and maintain Dealer contact database and distribution lists to confirm recipient delivery.
Manage rebate program query submissions for changes, contacts for distribution for email marketing.
Respond to sales program queries and communicate with dealers to confirm understanding.
Prepare lists for email marketing purposes and coordinate with Marketing for delivery.


Qualifications:
Demonstrated communication, organization, collaboration and project management skills are required.
Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to take complex details and simplify them down to what is important for dealer sales and customers.
Experience with an agriculture and/or construction dealer channel is ideal.
Experience in customer support services preferred.
Post-secondary education in business administration, communication or marketing preferred but not required.
Secondary language abilities (French, German, Russian and Spanish) are an asset.
Can communicate effectively and has strong interpersonal skills.
Is flexible in supporting and is responsive to the needs of Dealers and their personnel.
Capacity to work effectively within deadlines, short time frames and adapt to change
