Prairie North Co-op is hiring an Ag Division Manager at our Agronomy Centre location in Naicam, Saskatchewan.

What you'll do:
Reporting to the General Manager, The Ag Division Manager is responsible for leading the overall strategic direction of Prairie Norths $29,000,000 Ag Division.  Leading with a growth mindset, the Division Manager will oversee, align and support 4 Ag sites located in Melfort, Naicam, Archerwill and Kelvington.  Building long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders, the Division Manager will strive to be the trusted first choice in the communities we serve.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Agriculture and:
-You have a Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or Agribusiness; CCA or PAg preferred
-You have 10+ years of previous management experience in an Ag environment
-You're familiar with retail operations and marketing to farm business
-You're honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
-You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
