The Graphic Design II role is responsible for high-quality creative concepts and designs, which meet our marketing objectives and adhere to our brand standards, from idea to completion. Responsible for creating high-quality designs that adhere to our brand standards, support business objectives, and are appropriate for the medium of delivery. Clients include FCL Business Units and over 200 retail co-operatives.

Produce original, impactful, high-quality designs that adhere to Co-ops brand standards and support the company and client objectives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Effectively collaborate with team members, production artists and copywriters to produce original work. Mentor and provide creative feedback to team members.
Able to consult and communicate with stakeholders on jobs of strategic importance, provide insights into new trends and tactics, and stay current and up-to-date with new and emerging graphic design technologies.
Create multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions for print and digital applications as well as assist the Creative Supervisor with the execution of our Store Brands and Facilities Dcor design.

You are looking for a career in Strategy & Communications and:

You have a Diploma in Graphic Design with 3-5 years of graphic design experience or a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design with 1-3 years of experience in graphic design experience.
Youre familiar with applied design fundamentals and current digital technologies, Adobe Creative Suite package, Microsoft Office, experience in photography, illustration, UX design are required. Experience in packaging and dcor design is considered an asset.
Your portfolio of recent work will be required.
