West Park Crossing Retirement Community of Moose Jaw, a stunning 79 suite Personal Care and Memory Care community is seeking dependable, warm, and caring candidates for the position of Medication Care partner. The Medication Care Partner provides medication support to medically stable residents.West Park Crossing Retirement Community of Moose Jaw, a stunning 79 suite Personal Care and Memory Care community  is seeking dependable, warm, and caring candidate for the position of Casual Charge Nurse.
Job Duties include but are not limited to: Administer medications; measure vital signs and weight; and perform other health services tasks:  Communicate with physicians, report and document pertinent information; observing and reporting any changes in residents status to the oncoming Charge Nurse/DOW/General Manager.
Adhere to home health, hospice, and emergency protocols;  Act as community supervisor when management staff is not present;  Supervise Resident Assistants to assure daily completion of their duties.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma and completion of an accredited Personal Support Worker Program that meets legislative standards.
Medication Administration Certification
First Aid and CPR certified.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Available for ongoing training as related tot he needs of the residents.
