Multiple Openings (Perm and Temp)
Location: Open to any of our advice centre locations (subject to work space availability, otherwise travel to a different advice centre may be required)

THE POSITION: Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Omni Member Service, this position will be responsible to provide retail financial services and information to all members and potential members. Provide support to other departments and branches within the Credit Union by performing general financial and liaison functions. The candidate must have the flexibility to work varied hours. Responsibilities will include:
- Analyze members needs and assist members to utilize the products and services which best meet their needs
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns
- Process members requests and financial transactions including account opening and small lines of credit
- Process external inquiries
- Respond to and resolve members inquiries and complaints using professionalism and good judgment
- Work within team environment with other functional areas to ensure coordination of service to staff and members
- Support staff in the delivery of products and service to members and potential staff members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products and services by regularly reviewing literature and attending product update meetings
