Description

We are seeking IT Support professionals looking for a challenging position in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact with our valued customer base. You will prioritize, communicate, and effectively resolve technical issues as they arise.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions
As a key member of the technical team, you will:
Receive tier 1, 2 & 3 requests via phone, email and automated alerts.
Provide both remote and on-site solutions.
Deploy new desktop & mobile computer solutions.
Work independently & in a team.
Respond with a high sense of urgency & care to users calls & emails.
Communicate effectively & efficiently within our team & with end users.
Take ownership of your best efforts, while maintaining a customer first focus.

Education and Experience
Computer/IT Diploma (2 year) or related training.
2-5 years of experience in a IT Support role.
PC Hardware: remove/replace hard drives, memory, power supplies.
Thorough knowledge of Windows desktop and server OSs, networking hardware (firewalls, routers, NAS, switches, and Wi-Fi A/P) and PDAs (Blackberry, Android, and iOS).
CCNA and other certification is an asset.

Skills and Abilities  
Excellent communications, telephone and customer service skills are essential.
Detailed and team oriented, with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic; willing and open to learn.
Strong problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as be a complete team player.
Ability to prioritize and handle a moderate to busy volume of activity with a quick turnaround.
Self-starter that demonstrates ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Valid Driver's License & Own Vehicle:  Required
